I know this is probably old news but I just discovered it...

Why has Apple limited widgets on iPad to the today view. There is so much more screen real estate than the phone, I just can't make sense of it. Any insight?
For an actual " Apple " answer it's worth listening to the waveform podcast with Craig Federighi. I enjoyed it

German weather got weather warnings now.

Not new in beta 6, I‘ve already had this in beta 5:

Spatial audio doesn’t work me when turned on... guess Airpods still need an update

OK before others ask:

1. Is the clock widget still way off?
2. Pokémon GO? Guessing no since rumour was dev isn't changing anything until live 14.

Agree but seems like the download is much faster.
That's how 5 was for me too, even with the larger size.

Calendar widgets still remove events after 15 minutes have passed since the start-time, regardless of the end-time.

This *may* be by design but I still update my Feedback after each beta to complain about it. The fact they still don't pay much attention to Feedbacks means I've no idea whether this is a deliberate choice or a bug.

Qualcomm iPhone 8 modem firmware is now at 6.02.01. This is still lesser than 6.03.00 till beta 3, if I remember it right.

Subscriptions link now available under Account in App Store app. Correct me if I am wrong and it existed before beta 6.

Maybe it’s just me and I’m being optimistic, but for the first time in forever Homekit feels like the app is responsive and not a hot slow mess. I am hoping this is a sign of good things to come......

Edit: I mean from the perspective of changing rooms and moving around the app itself.

That’s consistently how it has been. The day after the developer beta the public beta comes out unless there is something wrong with the beta. Not a guarantee though because Apple doesn’t have a definitive schedule for the beta releases.

Usually, when it goes weekly, the PB comes out a few hours after the DB, rather than the day after, in the past, so it's a valdid question. We will see in the next 6-24 hours 😉

Is anyone else having issues w/ the My Places in Maps syncing across devices both running the latest beta?
Newly created "Guides" seem to sync correctly but the "My Places" guide that cannot be delete doesn't seem to sync.
