It's pointless getting someone who's not experiencing the issue to report it falsely, as if they're on the beta, their logs will not help, as it will not show the issue. Anyone that is on the beta, should already be reporting the issue, if they experience.
You can do it yourself via the feedback app. If you don have it, you can put the following URL into Safari & do it:

I would honestly ask Apple bud. I tried looking into what you saw and I can't even find anything in regards to it. Any chance do you use testflight? Maybe something related to a test app, not sure.
Does anyone know if there’s a way to automagically make announced messages marked as read? This has been a PITA since announcing on airpods🤷🏻♂️
I had the same problem with my 13 pro max And also getting no texts .
I got mine sorted thru doing the following-
put my iPhone in to dfu mode
restored it to ios 15 via iTunes
restored my ios 15 backup - not 15.1
after resetting my watch as well , every thing worked how it should - texts and unlocking with watch.
put 15.1 back on and everything is still working how it should 😁😁

I went back to 15.0 with a fresh IPSW install and 99 percent of the issues went away 15.1 seem really buggy for me on my 13PM
You are going to need either a Mac or a PC. Also be advised that, even with "Workarounds." Most of the time, it is not generally advised to use a backup created of iOS 15.1 on 15.0 as backups are designed to not be backwards compatible. Some say if you use either the Options Key(Mac), or the Shift Key(Windows), then click update, you can use an older version that is still signed.
There will be more betas for 15.1, if that’s what you’re asking.
Beta 2 was just released you may try that first and see if that fixes some of your issues which is way easier than wiping your phone

not surprising, as they have location related things. Sky go is georestricted, so if private relay uses a non-uk relay, it will block it.
Try setting Private Relay to ‘Use Country & Tome Zone’:
