Looks like 15.3.1 fixed the issue I was having with the widget window scroll freezing. When clicking on a + on the homescreen to open up a widget window, the window would not scroll down at all, closing and reopening the widget window fixed it though. But its nice to see that its fixed in 15.3.1.

Another freezing issue Im still having is in the app store, mainly in hidden purchases window. After unhiding an app the scroll stops working, going back and reopening hidden purchases fixes it, once you unhide another app scroll stops again.

The photos app on my iPhone 12 Pro Max suddenly says 'restoring from iCloud' after an ipsw update from iOS 15.3.

Just want to share, after 24 hours update on iPad Pro M1 11” WiFi. The battery life is improved, from previously 10% per hour to 6% per 1.5 hour (light use). Still observing. I also update iPhone 11, but not using it much, hence didn’t really notice the difference (if any).
Also, storage bugs is resolved on both iPad and iPhone (was issue on 15.3 on both devices).

edit: pdf scroll in safari is smooth as usual (I use this example). But the App Store full description is still lagged.

App Store scrolling is smooth for me now and PDF scrolling in Safari is much improved, maybe still has very slight stuttering but hardly noticeable.

So far, battery life seems to be the same as 15.3.
Not fixed for me. PDFs are nearly unreadable and App Store is laggy.
