Are Bluetooth not autoconnecting issue fixed? There is a whole thread on ASC about it (for iPhone 12) and I have this issue since I upgraded to iOS 15 on my iPhone 12 too…
Bluetooth suddenly stops autoconnecting to car audio or other speakers, and it is necessary to manually go into Bluetooth settings to connect to the device… Rebooting the phone or disabling/enabling Bluetooth fixes the issue… for a few hours.

I'm having a hard time connecting on phone calls but not on music. It's weird and frustrating. Sometimes when I'm trying to manually switch to AirPods, there's a time when it seems no sound is coming from anywhere. Awkward on calls.

Any apps reporting using the battery? How is cell reception? Do you use any BT tagging devices like tiles, airtags, ext. If so, they may be contributing to this. I have heard airtags makes the Find My app use battery, same thing with the tile and tile app when logged in, despite restricting backgrounding and whatnot.

No apps are running, it’s on sleep mode over night and besides my Apple Watch I don’t have anything else.

Have you tried enabling airplane mode at night, just to see. How is the overall battery health. This is typically caused by one of the following;

1. Low cell reception(Phone working harder to stay connected to the carrier)
2. A rogue app(may not actually be in the switcher)
3. A battery that has degraded over time
4. Obviously an iOS bug.

Have you tried rolling back to 15.3 to see if that helps?

Games
Doing a bunch of testing to see how games I play work on 15.4.

I am finding over the past couple of days that games with heavy GUI activity are randomly freezing. Sometimes the game will continue after 20+ seconds. Other times stays frozen.
Cleaning App Manager seems to takes care of this but could be coincidental.

Heckfire
Fieldrunners (1 & 2)
Real Racing
Final Fantasy 9

I am now in the habit of cleaning out the app manager prior to playing these.

Feedback submitted.

Often wondered, you seem to report the most back to Apple which I absolutely commend you for as I have officially given up with them: do you ever get any response from them?

Seldom.
Most times I get a reply or a request from them for more info when it involves core apps or functionality.

90% or more - nada.

I’ll keep filing. Maybe someone somewhere is reading them.

Fair play to you. You’re better at this beta game than me. As they still haven’t fixed an issue from the advent of iOS 14 (which they promised they would hence me bring this up) and the number of issues brought in with 15 which I have reported and still not fixed I don’t bother anymore.

Anyway sorry back OT.

That’s sad to hear. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.

I have had an issue with the toggle in the CC - it wouldn’t allow me to slide it and was greyed out. As you said, it has resolved on its own.

Isn’t early-March too early for a release this big… like about a month for beta testing seems insufficient given the fact that the previous release, which was just bug fixes and security patches, also got a month of betas without any new features.
Especially since this beta is the buggiest of the whole 15.X cycle.

Would personally expect it to drop alongside the new devices released in March.

Yes. But an event on March 8th doesn’t mean the devices will be available then. Apple has been doing a lot of “coming later this month” releases in the last 2 years (for obvious reasons).

I would say that 8th of March event could see pre-orders that Friday, with devices the following Friday, the 18th March.

Or just could do pre-order that day, and then deliver the 11th March.

So, iOS 15.4 should drop either the 9th/10th March or 16th/17th March.

I just turned the cellular off and I got a really good battery life over night.

Anyone else having issues with the app list in general > storage not loading? I have had the same issue on previous betas and even the currently public release. It works for a while after restoring the iPhone but then it happens again. Reboot doesn’t help. Now it is happening again, even after a complete wipe without even restoring a backup. It’s like stuck on a loop

There has been reports that some are still seeing this bug. Can't advise 100% why some have this issue and some do not. Personally I don't have this issue on any device. I am wondering if it is something that was created by a prior beta that has lingered since then. Since I jumped from the beta train, I set my phone as new, so I am wondering if there is any connection there.

That's what I did as well. I wiped my iPhone, installed the latest beta from the computer and did not do a restore (only logged into iCloud) and it worked for a while. However, about 2 weeks in and it is happening again.

I just checked my 12 Pro on 15.3 and the storage loaded right up. The only thing I can think of is that if you meant to say "Did not restore." In my case, I actually did do a full restore and reinstall of the IPSW when I left the beta train sometime ago. Otherwise, maybe some devices are more subjected to this bug, or certain storage configurations maybe. I have the 256GB model for reference.
