This is one big thing that keeps me away from Android. I see friends using brand new Android phones and they still stutter and lag in the UI. It's like... Apple figured out how to fix this but Google just can't do it.It's smoother than the out of date custard trifle I had last night.
I noticed 120hz as soon as I picked up my iPhone on launch day, it's like apple has made it even better now. ??
People carry on about android phones having 120hz on their mobile phones first, they're forgetting apple had ProMotion all the way back in 2016 on the iPad Pro.
I've seen 120hz on both iOS and android, iOS is way smoother. ?
Off-topic, but these are the ugliest possible shades of green they could go for…
Same here, yet you still get the android die hards that deny that their phones still lags and drops frame rates. ?♂️This is one big thing that keeps me away from Android. The theory that there's some patents involved is interesting though.
Just a tip, I had this problem and then one day I switched to using the Sleep Schedule feature. Haven't had any issues since; Sleep Schedule turns off correctly on time every morning and it's convenient because it's synchronized to my wake up alarm and I can do things like change it for the next morning only without disrupting the schedule.Maybe will fix DND by the time iOS 20 arrives. Piece of crap. ?♂️
Very hit and miss on my ?⌚️
Meant to turn off at 6:30am ?♂️

Thanks mate, I’ll look into it.Just a tip, I had this problem and then one day I switched to using the Sleep Schedule feature. This is one of the nicer features in iOS and after discovering and using it I'll never go back to traditional alarms and DnD.
The download arrow at the top should be a downloading indicator (as the whole album is being downloaded), similar to the ones that appear next to each song. What is the bug exactly?

I’ve used 120hz on both iOS & android, it’s not even close, apple is in a league of their own when it comes to 120hz.
Seems like Sammy is the main culprit. ?I think it depends on the device.
My Razer was 120 but it had issues.
My 1+ 9 Pro is as smooth as my 13PM.
The wife's Z Flip 3 is a mix - but not a smooth 120 in all areas.
It really is device dependent.
The ESPN app will always be one ? of a app just like their ad heavy website. ?♂️Only issue I am having is the espn app randomly closes sometimes, other than that smooh as can be.
Seems like Sammy is the main culprit. 🤔
If I ever have another itch to try out a android phone again, I’ll be coming to you for some advice first.
Might wanna hold off for a bit.I am half tempted to try out the 22 Ultra .....
I haven't seen anything but around the area that you are feeling heat is where the CPU is located. Have you tried downloading any monitoring apps to see if the CPU is active? If you have a Mac, you can see what processes are using resources using XCode. Otherwise, there are a slew of apps that tell you overall usage. I would see. My 12 Pro usually idles around 5% once the app opens.Anyone else phone running a little warm under the camera from time to time?
Not doing anything CPU/GPU intensive, mainly browsing safari.
Cpu and GPU are running fine. ?
Started happening yesterday.

Cheers mate, might turn her off for a few minutes and see if that does the trick.I haven't seen anything but around the area that you are feeling heat is where the CPU is located. A whole 800+ points higher on multi-core than the new SE. Zamn.
Guess they had to pull back a bit, because of the smaller chassis & battery in the SE.A whole 800+ points higher on multi-core than the new SE. Zamn.
