Probably just the servers getting hammered. I would give it time and try again later. I just confirmed that the link is still live. If Apple pulled the update, the link on my end would have failed.
Just went to a popular website and am downloading the ipsw. Never had this issue before. Ever! Been with iPhone since the 3GS.
I don't think I have seen the error in iTunes either but I have seen many times were the OTA would not show up for some users. One phone will have the update pending but the other won't.
Just put into recovery mode, according to itunes 15.3.1 is the most current version. So maybe that's what is going on

It is very possible that Apple has not put the update available yet for itunes, maybe only OTA. I would think it would be available across both channels at the same time but I vaguely remember this happening in the past as well.
It takes a bit longer for iTunes/Finder to get the new build after OTA.
UK carrier Three has a carrier file update, have to go to about in settings for it to appear. Now v50.1. Wiki updated!
Nothing more useless than Find My for the AirPods. It has never worked properly.

That happens to me with my iPad, leave home, stupid Apple Watch notification saying I’ve left my iPad at home. ??♂️
You can trust your home location when you get that popup so that you don't receive notifications when you leave the iPad at home in the future.

Starting to get really annoying, every time I leave home, the stupid watch taps my wrist, you’ve left your iPad behind. ?
Then my OCD kicks in, I have to clear the notification while I’m driving lol.
I’m still on 14.8.1 with my 7. Is ios 15 finally stable with 15.4? I don’t want to wreck my 7!
