Camera has a dedicated Macro icon while Halide does not.

Halide does. Click on AF icon then the flower icon. You can also do macro at 1x, 2x, or 3x lens on the IPM3. So if you do it at 1x, it is not so macro. Do it at 3x if you have the light.

I have this random issue with my lights in control center again. It shows them as „on“ correctly, but I can’t turn them off with a tap as there is this „!“ next to them. It works when I extend to the main view „Home Favorites“ with a list of all the lights

yeah man, wow. I've not had things like that happen, just an unresponsive top left corner but that was fixed in 15.4. I've got an IP12.

Have you tried a re-install of the iOS, see if that clears anything up?
Then if that doesn't, it's a confirmation of sorts its a bug apple will be working on, cos that ain't normal behaviour ?

I encounter ghost touches on my 13 Pro Max with 15.4.1. Not anywhere near as bad as the OP,
