Does your phone keep saying “call failed”. I just switched to Verizon from AT&T the same day I got on the beta so maybe it’s the beta and not my new service ?

Don't think that's exactly how it works. If you notice Messages isn't even an option to select in BAF settings. That is basically a means for apps to load in the background so it's data is updated when you open the app. Messages will come in whenever someone sends you one NOT when you open the app. There will always be some background activity on iPhone.

Heh...trying to install beta 2, which went fine. Then I wanted to do a fresh install on it, so I made a backup(I have a backup also before beta2) on my mac and after that do full reset. Well...That is not going that well, reset does not work. It just hangs and want's to do a icloud backup even if I'm telling it skip it. Tried to reboot the phone and do it again. Same situation 
Upload Data to icloud has been ongoing for a hour or so, time remaining 1 min Sure, 1 min...has been like that for a hour. Any ideas what to do? To get a full reset and restore a backup?
Update: Oh well...I went with restore iphone. That did the trick I wonder if the "Erase All Content and Settings" problem is a bug in beta 2 or something else.

Yeah was more to highlight, in case anyone asked. Should have been clearer.
I looked at one message yesterday, then it was left open in app switcher.
Definitely didn’t look at it for 45 minutes - it was from the wife ??

Got this on iOS 15.4.1 final build with my Visa and Mastercard. Oddly, just noticed this today, maybe a delta update push or something? Waiting for 15.5 b3 before I jump on the beta wagon.
We saw this yesterday on our Visa cards in Apple Wallet. Whether it’s an Apple Wallet thing or a Visa thing we don’t know.
At this point it seems safe to say it’s an Apple Wallet thing at the very least.

Getting quite a few where I close an app to check momentarily into another app and when I reopen the original app, it completely relaunches. Having that happen quite a bit with Safari (tabs), YouTube, and a few others.
This can also happen if in an app and get an alert notification, open the app via the notification, go back and the original app relaunches.
This does not happen 100% but does happen frequently.
Had very similar issue with B1.

Memory management seems perhaps/sometimes slightly improved over beta 1; other times it’s less impressive. Hopefully this means at least from my individual anecdotal experience that things are moving in the right direction. 🤞
MAIL has been temperamental with a Gmail account for me. The other IMAP account works like a dream. (Tried deleting account, reinstalled Mail)
Was playing around with some settings and found this one. I turned it on, and the last 24hrs Mail has been working fast and smooth.

For some odd reason I can't update my iPhone 13 via full software install as the moment I put my passcode when I'm asked to do it I'm getting this error, I've tried on different computer, and on another iPhone I've got. I'm using iMazing but tried via iTunes and the same problem. I can only update my iPhones via OTA
I cannot help with the problem, but I get a laugh out of the error. I have never heard the term "stashbag" before. I think I will adopt that word.
For the life of me I cannot fathom how that setting helps. I think it would hinder.
Those settings actually do slow Mail down a bit. Nothing onerous but certain images and other items will take longer to load. I get a lot of vendor emails from different companies and I’ve been able to tell the difference in how quickly their sales messages load. I’ve even gotten a couple emails stating that they’ve noticed that I haven’t opened their emails in a while even though I have. So they’re not tracking me as well as they used to. I’m ok with that.
I must say battery life has been rather excellent so far on both iPhone 13 mini and iPad 9th gen. on this beta. Hope others have been faring similarly. Keep it up, Apple!
Same. I turned it off earlier. Went back to a laggy checking for mail on the gmail account. Mental. ??
