With Hide My Email, it comes up with an iCloud email address randomly that you can use or select a new one. I think it’s biased to Irish names. Most I saw use number zero but when you look at it as a whole, it looks something like swarthy.0brian or miles.0nickers or hilly.0dyllic at iCloud. 😂
Someone has a sense of humor.

Installed on 2018 iPad Pro 11” and when I turn on my iPad the screen goes black with white spin wheel and then flashes my Home Screen then back to black in a loop. Any help?!?!

Same thing happened to me. Can't even put into recovery mode. WOW. Any help?

(Using 2018 iPad Pro 11 like other poster. Can get into recovery mode but my Mac can't see the device)
This sounds like what happened to me as well. It actually would show the Apple Logo and then the Hello screen with the new signature style Hello. After I slid my finger up to go to the next screen it would show me the spinning wheel and then crash into an endless loop of flashing the screen every few seconds along with a blank screen. After a while it would reboot the whole iPad with the same result.

I did manage to get into recovery mode and restore 14.6. I tried it again after that and same result so I went back and did recovery mode again and now I am doing more research on the issue.

iPad Pro 2021 11” 256gb. iPadOS 14.6.

Another thing that would be nice is a reset button when you want to reorder your Home Screen. Let’s say you try widgets A, B, and C with the rest of you layout and you don’t like it. Press reset and it goes back to what it was.

Is there a way to edit the contacts on the contacts widget? It seems to pull and suggest which contacts to put in the widget for me. But I want to edit it. To put specific contacts on the widget.

Just curious if anyone else hates the ‘Focus’ feature. It’s so unnecessarily complicated and I feel like no one uses their phone that way. I didn’t like the original DND either because phone calls would still come through when it was on. Maybe I didn’t have it set up right before, but now it’s even more complicated. Why can’t it just be do not disturb and when it’s on you don’t get any notifications/ringtone/vibration — including phone calls. The only other setting I would want is if someone calls twice within 30 seconds it rings. One button in control center turns it on/off. It could be that simple.

You can. On the watch itself go into jiggle mode and then tap the little "x". I removed cycle tracking from my watch's Home Screen.
Thanks. I try it out when I put my watch back on. But you can’t do it in the watch app.

This happened to me too.

Put it in to recovery mode by connecting it to your computer then pressing Up then Down on the volume buttons and then holding down the power button. Keep holding the power button until a picture saying connect your iPad to your computer shows up.

Either restore back to iPadOS 14 or do a fresh install of iPadOS 15 with the IPSW from the developer site. If you're wanting to be on iPadOS 15 set up as new DO NOT restore from backup as it still gave me the same crash loop.
How did you fresh install the ipsw. The method seems different from the iTunes days.

EDIT: Nevermind seems to show up now

You can now adjust the date and time a photo was taken in Photos.

Downloaded it from the developer center. Then with the iPad connected to my computer hold option and hit the restore button. It'll then let you select the IPSW you downloaded.

It seems like the biggest changes are in safari. I’m kind of enjoying the new features but need to get used to it a little better. For the rest of iOS 15 kind of slim pickin’s from what I’ve seen. Not much here to get excited about actually.

Like I said before this update seems to be more akin to how iOS 12 was

A small update that just relied on some new features but mostly quality of life improvements.

However I do expect to see more UI changes or tweaks to iOS 15 in Beta 2, 3, and 4

Can someone who did a fresh install post what the default Home Screen layout is now?

I have discovered the you can delete the other "profiles," if that helps. Agreed it feel overly complex.

By the way, I figured this out for anyone having the same problem.

The trick is to reboot your Mac first. Then do the recovery mode sequence and don't plug in the cable until the screen goes blank.

So I was bored. And decided to make a screen with nothing but shortcut widgets on my iPad. And noticed that they have a super sized version of Apple Arcade. I wonder if that means that other widgets may actually get this really big super size as an option?🤷‍♂️

I see that the 'Alarms' section of the clock app has reverted to the pre iOS 14 method of entering times. It's now using a scrolling picker again, instead of the text-based entry introduced last year.

BUG: The apps list in CarPlay settings customization has reset to alphabetical.
And it doesn’t save your changes when you reorder them

And Apple Maps is missing from the list of apps. (not connected to a car yet)
