Using beta 1 of iOS 15. I’ve received this notification at least 100 times and cannot find any way to disable. I also see that in settings > notifications, there’s no option for Settings.

Mine has a 1 badge saying that my iCloud needs to be backed up But when I go to a Backup settings, I have it turned off so when I click OK it just doesn’t do anything.

So these features won’t be coming to any iPhone lower the xs

Spatial audio and portrait mode in FaceTime
New 3D and AR navigation in Maps
New animated backgrounds in weather app
Live text (such as copying from a photo)
Visual lookup in Photos
Home keys in wallet

Edit: forgot about the on machine offline Siri. Kind of sucks for the need to have a12 neural for them.

Is anyone elses App Library acting kind of wonky on iPadOS? Like I’ll remove some apps from the Home Screen but they will automatically reappear
Had the same issue and sent Feedback about it.

Found a workaround that worked for me though, so maybe give it a try and see if you have any luck. Rebooting my iPad seemed to take care of it and haven’t had that problem since then.

I like the new safari bar better. The old one seemed clunky, this is easy and fresh.

Not 100% sure how I feel about the changes yet. I want to like it, but it’s seems to fix a problem that might not truly needing fixing.

Using safari in landscape mode is a more traditional experience for those who hate the change.

Out of curiosity: in iOS 15, are AirTags shareable across iCloud Family Sharing now or is that still not a thing?

I was under the impression that most of these features were iPhone 12 and above.

So just about 24 hours on iOS 15. Some of the new features seem good, it's surprisingly fast and stable—but so much seem to be solutions looking for problems—akin to what @dcp10 said above. It seems like every screen and menu has a dozen new choices and submenus. I miss simplicity and a clean look, at least for some functions. I hope they build some more abilities to toggle these new features off. This feels like overload, at least to me.

I've seen one person in here mention Facetime not working, but little else on the topic.

Is anyone else having issues with Facetime? Or more specifically, does Facetime Audio work well?

I installed it yesterday ... I got the profile installed quickly, an the 4.98GB file downloaded fairly quickly (< 5 mins) but "preparing" took almost an hour...
My developer account expired recently, but I was still able to download the profile and install the first beta.

The music app is playing the Dolby version at random, also in general it’s unusable at least with AirPods because there’s some disturbances going on all the time.

I had the same thing happen to me using the same hardware you were with the same bug.

What I had to do was this: Reboot your computer and do not connect the iPad. Then follow the method to put your iPad into recovery mode, but only connect the cable when the iPad screen goes blank before it shows the recovery mode graphic.
Yeah I managed to force my iPad into recovery mode using the iMyFone Fixppo app. Just downloading the IPSW file to restore it. Fingers crossed! Yours up and running now? (albeit empty of your stuff!)

so I downloaded iPadOS 15 onto my iPad and it crashes upon login, glitches, then restarts. I can't do a system wipe because it won't last long enough between login and syncing on my Mac. Anyone have any tips?
Hey,

Plug your iPad into your Mac and even though its glitching it is attached to your Mac. If it sleeps again type code in again to wake it up.

Download the app iMyFone Fixppo and use the trial to force your iPad into recovery mode whilst its awake and glitching.

You then will be able to restore it either with a ios15 ISPW from developer site or just to standard restore. Then you can load up a iCloud backup or whatever if you have one.

Haven't seen it mentioned yet, but I don't recall seeing the ability to be notified if you leave a device behind somewhere prior to iOS 15 B1:

Anyone else noticing since updating that spatial audio only does stereo in any app (including Apple TV movies with Atmos) but will play Atmos in Apple Music. Hard reboot and un paired APP. iPhone XS and IPad Air 3 here.
