Believe me, I am trying to like it. My only real complaint is the URL Bar at the bottom. I'm already used to all of the other changes, including the change to get to the Reading List and the extra step to get to the share sheet doesn't seem to bother me. If the bottom bar wasn't "floating", and just attached to the bottom, I'd be content. I guess LoL

Maybe they’ll give users the option to move the URL bar from the bottom to the top in the upcoming betas 😁

it’s quite clever you know and you can make the bar minimise and appear with a slight 2cm slide of your thumb up or down.

As as you scroll through your site, it minimises, hiding away to reveal more content real estate. Tap anywhere when you need it, or just move your thumb up and it appears.

For me, once I understood how I could control it. I was off…. 😎

but like you say, if there’s an option for it’s scroll behaviour like scroll bars have, on Mac OS… that would be a lovely little touch.

I had these two new options pop up while I was at work today, my control center accidentally opened as I was heading to one of my breaks and I saw it there. What is it that triggers this? I completely forgot. It also messed up my control center and now I have that annoying gap between the Home stuff and everything else.

edit: I figured it out, it happens when accidentally swiping in ig and bringing up that screen to add to your story.

If you’re talking about the Mic mode, it appears any time you’re on a call with your AirPods on. It was mentioned during the keynote.

Yes thank you! I knew they’d talked about it but couldn’t remember what was said. Seems to pop up when getting ready to add to your ig story too, probably in preparation of recording a video or something.
 
Hi, I have a question, can I use Apple relay in iOS14? I wanna upgrade to iCloud+ on my iPad with iOS15, what happen with the non beta devices on this case?

3rd party widgets (like CARROT) will stop updating after a week or so if the device has not been rebooted. Anyone else seen this too?

Does Mic mode work only on FaceTime? I tried it on a Phone call and it's said it's not supported. :( Was excited about this, because friends often complain of the environmental noise when I'm on my AirPods Pros.

I have completely lost all cellular data. Started happening this morning. What's weird is that under Cellular, my T-Mobile Cellular plan has changed to "WhitelistAndRegularUsage" I have NEVER seen this before. iCloud Relay is turned off, I have reset Network Options, rebooted multiple times, and removed my SIM and restarted multiple times. I'm at a loss...Help? Thoughts?

Maybe you need a new sim but I would definitely call t-mobile.

sounds like maybe your SIM card is bad...its rare but it happened with me for Verizon a couple years ago a i got a new SIM card and it started working again with no issues

Google search shows similar issues going back couple of years with t-mobile. Solutions all suggested to log on to your account to update your plan then reset network settings on your phone. Don’t know why, that’s just what was reported by others.
