Yes, by ones that are slightly less green when it detects LFC2020's phone. This update is huge! 5.3gb on my 12 pro max for what is being panned as a minor build update? Did they replace every image in the build or something?![]()
Hope you're right, installing now. 😂 running very smoothly on my iPad 😅 like the new safari so far 👌Yes, by ones that are slightly less green when it detects LFC2020's phone.

In all likelihood, they enabled additional/different instrumentation and debug logging in various system components for the public beta, which means that all of those rebuilt libraries and system apps have to be replaced, rather than the relatively small number that usually change from beta to beta within the same release cycle — it's the same reason why OTA updates from beta to RC/final release builds are so large (much of that instrumentation/debug logging would be disabled for builds intended for public release, requiring replacement of all of those libraries again). This update is huge! 5.3gb on my 12 pro max for what is being panned as a minor build update? Yes, but it wouldn't be the first time Apple's fudged the naming of beta releases. There's been times where two totally different people install the Dev Beta on the same model iPhone, but then the name of the update that's provided is different for each person. Since Dev Beta 2 was released "again" with one letter increment in the build number, and then the Public Beta released with the same build, who knows. I'm sure it'll all be sorted out sooner than later.Isn’t the Public Beta supposed to be Beta 1? It said Public Beta 2 for me.
No issues with Find My thus far. This updated didn't fixed Find My, which worked fine until Monday
was getting cold sweats in the iOS 14 section waiting for my iOS 15 hit 😅yeah boi… you must of been real lonely in that other thread. What’s was it… iOS 14.7 or something?!
I don’t think I will. 😆Everyone should request or complain about the lack of a „delete all“ button for iMessage attachments via the Feedback App. This has been s….. me literally for GENERATIONS. There isn’t even a swipe gesture to select them all at once. Tapping each photo one by one on 3 different iOS devices is driving me nuts
A broken clock is right twice a day 😝you were saying 🤔😂🕺

It is, technically, still a delta update — it just so happens that the delta this time is essentially the entire operating system because of whatever logging/instrumentation changes they decided to make in preparation for the public beta. 😁These are BIG updates (5.3GB on my 12PM and 5.5 on my 11" IPP). Whatever happened to delta updates between betas?![]()
Going to be a lot of pissed off people if this happens in the middle of the night 😅🤦♂️😂On the updated Beta 2, just had a phone call come in while my phone was on silent (vibrate-only) and the phone still rang. Reported via feedback.
