iOS 15 Beta 3 ― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

So…I guess the “Apple won’t let the weather show as 69” thing is a myth?

Spotlight troubles here, too. Works for a bit sometimes after a reboot.

Looking forward to beta 4 - beta 3 has been pretty problematic for me. Even an actual reboot in the middle of using the device (not just a respring).

IPad safari still keeps forgetting my tabs in other windows… so annoying as I have different tabs in safari and multiple windows, never had an issue pre 15, now I open or merge all windows and it turns that window into a new safari page and forgets my tabs. FRUSTRATING lol.

That’s Tim Apple wanting you to buy a M1 iPad with 8/16gb ram. 🤦‍♂️😂
 
This may or may not be iOS related but ever since iOS 15/watchOS 8 my contacts are gone in my watch SE and I cannot get them to sync. I’ve unpaired, resets, editing a contact on my phone.

I’ve filed feedback but any ideas?

It’s funny how people seem to pick on one person to bag on, when other people have asked in threads if an app is working and they don’t get the level of hassle I’ve gotten for asking about HSBC…..



To be very clear, despite 1 person saying otherwise, there’s at least 3 of us that have experienced banking apps not working intitally on a beta, and then it’s started working with a later beta update, rather than an app update from the developer.

But the fact that many of us experience no problems with banking apps and betas suggests to me that the banks with problems are doing something in their code that isn't fully to API and other APPL standards. Otherwise, every banking app would have issues.

Anyone know how to fix the app library bug where all apps appear in the other category?

Still can’t share the autogenerated slideshows. Wondering if that’s a licensing problem with the Apple Music selections they are now using? That would be my guess: the license to share that only begins when iOS 15 is released.
