Bastwards HSBC and First Direct. 🤬
I have been reading this thread notice most HSBC app users are moaning about app but if you check on Apple App Store you will see HSBC app developer has responded to most of reviews saying a update will be available as soon as possible

That's their standard when a beta is out.

In previous years, most the time, it's started working with a new beta, rather than an app update (even when HSBC said an update will be available once possible blah blah blah), occasionally it worked when HSBC updated the app.

As per each year, it could be either way, and we don't know until a new beta comes out, or an app update comes out.

Other banking apps broke in the last Beta, started working this beta. I saw someone saying in another thread ones broken in this beta.

That's what this forum is for, otherwise you could make your post about all apps and tell us this thread is pointless.......

Looking to jump on the beta train, any Mexican users here using CitiBanamex or BBVA Mexico (I see on the wiki that BBVA works so I'm assuming it should work for the Mexican app, but who knows)

No surprise. Happens every year, they say the same thing. A lot of the time, it started working with a new beta. Occasionally it was when they updated their app (either during beta or public release).

No point asking them anything on twitter, they will just stick out the corporate line of basically ‘we don’t support beta’s, so lump it’. Fair enough, as they don’t have to support betas for us.
