I get you, who knows how apple does this. I would think as soon as they ship, it's too late though. I am wondering though if Apple recompiled what we know now as the public build ahead of time for the pre-orders, then released today to everyone else. It would make sense since internally, they are way ahead but hard to say. Might have been a last minute build and restore phase as well.

The pegasus exploit was reported to Apple just under 2 weeks ago, it was likely fixed by the Friday. Pre orders started only a week later.

The logistics of it all, and how it’s worked in the past, with the amount of devices being made, and then shipped, they have to start loading iOS before the Pegasus exploit was fixed.

I would be extremely surprised if there wasn’t an update for the new phones for that.

So would I to be honest but at the same time, who knows. Not trying to speculate but Apple has pulled the rabbit out of their hat before.

By turning on assistive touch will
literally cut off the temperature information and country name when you stroll up in weather app … hopefully this can be fixed .

This bug is so frustrating. It’s been there since beta 1 and hasn’t been fixed. (edit: DISSAPEARING SIRI SUGGESTIONS IN A SPOTLIGHT SEARCH)
Still not fixed, a new 13 pro max arrived brand new with the same problem out of the box. This is not normal, Apple.

Testing iPhone 13 , 13 pro and 13pm taking videos at night street and captured a few moving green flares , not sure if it was a software bugs or the cameras lens ?!? Any 1

It's called "Lens Flare". It's a common occurrence. Can happen on even the most expensive cameras. Cameras on phones very susceptible to seeing it. Here's one of many postings you can find on the subject.
