Could very well be. The only thing I could think they would do a 15.7 release would be to support the new iMessages edit/delete features better in 15.
I am guessing in 10 hours and 40 minutes….
We've seen it before, RC on a Friday, public release the next day. They've had time internally to test it anyway. If RC2 came out last Friday, I would think the final release will come later this week, not today. Because there hasn't been enough time to test the new build.
Well, if they had released a new build for testing, maybe. But this was a second Release Candidate. No need to 'test' something that's set for release. They probably found something on their end, server side, that needed to be addressed. I would assume a release today or maybe tomorrow. If RC2 came out last Friday, I would think the final release will come later this week, not today. It’s such a small update I don’t see the hold up
Yea, was just gonna say that.Won't be today, it looks like -- macOS 12.5 RC2 just appeared on the developer site.
I wonder why it’s still not released, any ideas when?

Here's to hoping for today..
You think the iOS release is tied up with Monterey?
Indeed 19.00 CEST is the usual release time, but sometimes things get released at 22.00Here is Spain the time is 19:15 now. Releases are usually on 19:00, so I would say is too late for a release today.

What's the fuss with a release that offers nothing new? 😂 I mean, I'm also checking the forum posts, but can't explain why! Is there a psychologist amongst us that can try to describe this behaviour? 😅Oh!. I didnt know that. In that case, there are almost three hours left for a possible release...
I have 15.6 Release Candidate 2 installed and I can tell you it will change the world as we know it (it removed the duplicate Messages toggle in the iCloud settings)What's the fuss with a release that offers nothing new? 😂 I mean, I'm also checking the forum posts, but can't explain why! Right - there have been a few unique times where iOS has dropped later in the day, as I distinctly recall. Not necessarily, but it has been in the past. Not every time, but many times.
