Have they fixed or will they EVER fix the podcast app setting in Settings that keeps turning Continuous Play back on after I KEEP. TURNING. IT. OFF. Like since iOS 15. And I’m on 17.1.1. Does nobody at Apple internally actually use the podcast app?

Just got a janky/bugged Dynamic Island transit notification while using Apple Maps 😪:
Maybe I am late to the party, but is anything else having issues with iMessage? I get a bug when I am in a thread and leave imessage and then get a text from that person in the thread, I go back and open imessage and the thread is open. No new message at all in the thread and I have to back out to all messages and go back to see the message. Very annoying, havent had this issue until beta 2 of 17.2.
Also over all, I feel like 17.2 is way more sluggish. Typing can run behind what I hit on the screen, I click something and it takes a second for the screent respond. I have not seen any of this since the first betas of ios 16. Apple has really messed something up with this beta 2.

I've experienced the same thing and was here to post this as well. If I was continuously texting a person (back and forth convo, me still being in that thread), every time she would send me a message, I'd hear the ding, but it wouldn't show. Definitely a beta 2 thing.
I'm not sure what causes it. Restarting the phone doesn't change it. Re-installing the beta temporarily fixes it, but after a few hours - it's back to normal. I tried disabling iMessage and reenabling it and nothing.
I cannot get my email from outlook today using the iOS mail app.
Using gmail app and outlook app I can get my outlook email. Deleting and recreating the iOS outlook email account didn’t solve the problem.

I’ve had a few times of this happening in 17.2b2 but it also happened a couple times in 17.1.1 so I hope they fix it. Hard reset fixed it at least for now
It comes and goes for me. I was texting my friend just now and the messages were showing up as normal. A few texts later, back to having to reopen the thread. Hopefully the next beta fixes it.
