OTA or IPSW? Might try an IPSW install before downgrading even if you upgraded originally with the IPSW.

I haven't had any issues on my IPP with IOS17.
I'm on Beta 3 and had this problem on Beta 2 where the Siri emblem would come up but never say anything nor would it prompt me. A reboot helped for a day. However, I rarely get it now, I simply updated a bunch of apps and it was fine after that. So I'm guessing an App interfered or Beta 3 "quasi" fixed it.
However, today I had to reboot my phone because every time I would would go from "LTE" to "5G" it would stop playing Apple music...very annoying and this has been a random problem since the original Beta for me----it's happening less now though.
Mine just says would I like to reply without reading the message. If I click to read it again, it again just says would I like to reply
Beta 4 was fine for me. Beta 4 v2 is terribly buggy, and reinstall with ipsw just made it worse :/

This last time I had no “new’ anything. It was just there on the Phone.
It did go away after a couple of hours.
I never had this before, so assume it is due to the latest BETA but Apple Fitness+ workouts do crash and the screen freezes. the workout continues and it seems the screen still get the gestures if you know what I mean... the screen is just stuck... Have to hard reset the phone to get it back.

One aspect of it may be new: the time stamp. It has always annoyed me that this notification appears without telling you what time the phone was fully charged. Sure, I could go into the battery settings and approximate that time from the charge/discharge graph, but why should I need to do that?
Beta 4 and I'm still having the following issues:
--Text box not showing when I reply to a text unless I hit "return"
--When I use the "search" function it simply does not sutofill or respond over half the time. So I have to open the browser/app search to do so.
--Apple music randomly (still) stops playing.
---Shows I have 7 voicemails when I have none.

This is a part of optimised battery charging and has been there for a while, definitely throughout the whole iOS 16 cycle.
I never had that notification pop up on me on iOS 16. This was the first time ever I saw it. Hence my surprise, thinking it was something new 😀
It does seem to be sporadic, I wouldn't get it regularly in iOS16, and I still don't in iOS 17.

Have you been using Optimized Battery charging all along? I don't use it, and have never got that notification.
It’s truly terrible with the keyboard. It seems to happen if you are writing something longer but it also just happened with me trying to make a post on Reddit in the title section it froze.
