I'm baffled why Giphy is not showing up as a Messages app in that menu. It did in the old menu. And if you click "Store" and search for it (if you have it installed), it shows as installed and works just fine.

Beta Life!
There seems to be some inconsistency with recognizing pre-existing iMessage apps as stickers vs. apps.

I have two sticker packs, both from the same developer, not tied to any installed iOS app. One pack the system automatically recognized and moved it to the Stickers section. The other pack remains as a separate iMessage app.

What’s interesting enough is both packs have a custom search field built in. In the pack that’s recognized as an app, search works fine. In the pack recognized as a sticker, it shows the text saying “swipe up to search” but there’s no actual way to activate it.

I’m guessing developers will need to go in and adjust their currently existing sticker packs to make sure they register as stickers and not apps. iOS doesn’t seem to do a good job of doing it on its own.

Bingo! There it is, in with the stickers.

GIPHY is under stickers in the iMessage menu

I don’t see a way to rearrange iMessage apps so that more commonly used things (#images, for example) can be brought up into the options that appear as soon as you touch the plus sign.
Just press and hold on what you want to move.

To move something from the sub-menu to the main menu (or vice versa) just drag it to edge (top to go up, bottom to go down).

Not that they really tell you anywhere, but this has been the case since Beta 1.

New menu icons in the messages app.

Beta 3 vs Beta 4 icons comparison. I like it!
