While this appears to be a "boring" update, hopefully they're also taking steps to squash the bugs and make it more stable than iOS 16. They of course would never admit it, but hopefully they realize how bad of a version 16 was and that 17 will feel more polished.

Damn Apple, where are the stability and battery life improvements?

At least we have a better autocorrect (about time) and the interactive widgets are back since they were removed back in iOS 13.

However, with so many Machine Learning and RAM demanding features, I doubt the iPhone 8 and X will be supported.

Hope one of those widgets on WatchOS is a battery widget. Widgets looks like a remastered Siri watch face.

Won’t be when your battery’s healths gone down to 80% keeping that on charge all night 😆😂
Nah. I still have launch day XR, charge all night every night, (even before optimized charging was available) and still sitting at 85%. Thats fine with me for 4 1/2 years.

Like I just said above, I'd give it a better chance of aliens invading us than Apple saying "Hey folks, we realize our software has been a buggy mess lately, so we're fixing it."

They are way too obsessed with optics and protecting their brand as flawless.
