When did they stop allowing iOS 17.7 upgrade/downgrade?

iOS 17.7 was the last public available IPSW since iOS 17.7.1 was only OTA and if they offer iOS 17.7.2 it might only be OTA as well...

iPadOS 17.7.1 was made available on 28th October 2024 and it's more than a week since then so I guess iOS 17.7 and iPadOS 17.7 was un-signed on 4th November 2024

They released that versions only for the retired iPads that can't be updated to iOS 18.

The screenshot is about iOS. I know about the iPad models that are not upgradeable to iPadOS 18. I would not ask about iPadOS here since I know this thread is about iOS, unlike some users who ask about macOS but post in iOS threads.
