Installed (from 18.1) and running well on my iPhone 11.

Only difference I've found is Mail Categories, and I've immediately switched back to List view as I don't care to have my mails categorised automatically. Obviously, I don't get any of the AI stuff but for those of us with phones cheaper/older than the iPhone 15 Pro, this upgrade is still worth doing just to stay nicely up to date.

iPhone 16 Pro on iOS 18.2 beta 2 and having multiple instances where the touchscreen is non-responsive. Have already performed a force restart.

Mail: seems likes it’s had some work. Not sluggish for me anymore. And emails are categorising properly. Emails opening and not being blank. 👍🏼

Swiping from right to left, when on primary category nicely moves to all mail. I had to swipe through all categories to get to all mail on beta 1.

The few major changes i’ve seen so far is that the icons in settings are dark (but have an annoying outline)
Mine are back to light icons in Settings to match the light icons selected everywhere else (with Dark Mode on). That's how it was in the 18.0 betas, but I have been stuck with dark icons in Settings for all of 18.1 and 18.2b1. Glad to have my light icons back.

Hopping back and forth between apps’ settings pages (e.g. for Apple Intelligence & Siri and Search) within Settings > Apps is rather janky on 16 Pro Max. Also Measure’s settings page is titled in all caps.

Is the Image Playground app supposed to be on everyone's phone which allows you to join the waitlist.

Just upgraded from 18.1 and there's no icon like I've seen in various post.

ChatGTP appeared/disappeared/re-appeared in settings as well. Was able to log into that with my free account no problem.

I find it rather long to still be waitlisted for a locally run AI model to download to my device. It cannot be server capacity, they are the wealthiest tech company, spending millions on marketing a feature that they are even still delaying to us on a pre release?? Do better by us who are more than willing to put it thru its paces and give feedback via the feedback app as I have for all other AI capabilities, especially notification summaries.

Seeing some wonkiness with Find My that there are some unknown devices detected near me but these seem like my own devices.

What phone? It’s only available on iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max and any iPhone 16. And not in the EU or China.

Same. I identified the specific tag. But now it’s unknown and in its previous identity cannot be found.
