FYI - iPhone Mirroring stopped working between my iOS18.3b3 14 Pro and M1 MacBook Air running 15.2.
Installing 15.3b3 on the Air fixed it.

I'll take boring if my battery is better.
Which it is.
I've disabled Apple Intelligence. The only difference I found was the old Siri ball instead of the whole rainbow screen shimmy.
So maybe removing AI made my phone less-screen-woke?

Mail still broken for me on my 16 PM. Expected result when tapping on a notification for an email is to go directly to the email. Actual result when tapping on the email is going to the inbox and locking up for about 6 seconds and then you can go to the email. This wasn’t an issue on the initial version of iOS 18.

Is this only occurring with this latest beta? If not when did it start?

Have they fixed Mail so audio notifications when a new email arrives works again? It’s a feature I miss a lot.

For me there a new bug in mail. When I open a mail and return the mail is still makes as unread. Need to reload the mails to show correctly

Apparently the update gave me the alarm issues other people have been seeing for a while. Have 2 alarms set 15 mins apart for work and neither of them went off. Made me an hour late today.

I had that bug on 18.1 and it made me downgrade my 13 Pro Max back to iOS 17.
I have 15 Pro Max now and I still didn't update mostly because of that. I can't believe they still didn't fix that, this is an alarm.. something that people use every single day.
The worst thing was that I even tried 3rd party apps and they also didn't work. So basically stock clock app on my phone, apple watch and 3rd party apps didn't work at all.

I had been reading for a while about this issue on reddit. First time it's happened for me. I have a medicine alarm set go to off in 10 mins so I'll see it that doesn't work as well

iOS 18 has really not been stable like before. I feel like each year we say this and each year the bar get set lower. What is happening with Apple?

Don't understand how this is relevant to the beta and this release, since you know it's a beta.

And what issues are you experiencing? I have had nothing but a great experience with iOS 18 on my iPhone 15 Pro and M4 iPad. I'd say MacOS has seen more issues and bugs than iOS in the most recent releases.

Music app in CarPlay: Tapping on the album name once again invokes the album's tracklist for any album, rather than being a link to Apple Music for only purchased tracks. 😃

Annoyed of trying to see improvements where there are none, I think I actually found a way to make Safari (and other individual apps) smooth by myself.

Accessibility - per app settings - safari - reduce transparency, reduce motion prefer crossfade, differentiate without color. I dont want my animations or transparency to be affected globally, but for Safari this is perfect. No more stutters and it just flies!
