maybe to us but I think the reason apple is not in any rush like years past is because Ios 18 hasn't had any critical bugs, overall its been smooth. touchscreen response is unfortunate but not something I'd rank as critical. Ios 16 and Ios 17 both had 2 critical bugs upfront, 16 was the storage bug and 17 was something bad as well.

I would say bricking some iPads is critical!

You wouldn't rank the inability to properly use the primary input method of a device as critical? Good thing you're not one of the people prioritizing Apple's bug list.
