The fact that installing an RC still includes the Feedback app always makes me think that it’s still operating on some sort of beta level, so my OCD usually forces me to wait for the official public release.
I believe last year on the 17.XX betas they had an RC, RC2....and even changed in the public release. I forget which ios 17 beta that was---so it's not a guarantee like you correctly stated above---- "RC is not always same as the final".

Doesn't the feedback app get removed if you turn off beta updates once on RC?
You may be right, but the fact that it adds the Feedback app when downloading the RC still just kinda gives me the feeling of it being some form of a beta.
