I had to enable automatic aspect ratio after this beta 3 update, the previous beta 2 had the aspect ratio choices. Everything else was set right for match content parameters to a 4K HDR TV.

Notice that all the releases today are beta 3s. They probably wanted to get caught up so that all of the various platforms are more or less on the same beta version prior to releasing a beta 4 for iOS/iPadOS

Hopefully. And to be fair, I believe developer betas traditionally dropped on Tuesdays before the iOS 18 beta cycle.
