Not with Xmas break. Monday as @gwhizkids states. Drifting starts Tuesday at Apple. 😁A Thursday release isn’t unprecedented, but early week is definitely more common.

Those double protein bowls really help you manage your weight.oh no, not Chipotle! thats the highest level of confidence one could have.
Well if they release beta 1 today, that means no public beta until after New Years then. Not with Xmas break. Monday as @gwhizkids states. Drifting starts Tuesday at Apple. 😁
I believe they released iOS 17.3 beta 1 this day last year.Well if they release beta 1 today, that means no public beta until after New Years then.
According to ChatGPTI believe they released iOS 17.3 beta 1 this day last year.
Well that’s obviously wrong, lolAccording to ChatGPT
iOS 17.3 Developer Beta 1 was released on December 12, 2023, a day after Apple made iOS 17.2 available to the public. This release also included other beta updates for platforms like iPadOS 17.3, watchOS 10.3, and macOS 14.3 .
And
The first beta of iOS 17.4 was released to developers on January 26, 2024, and the public beta followed shortly after, on January 30, 2024. This update includes significant changes for EU users, such as compliance with the EU Digital Markets Act, support for alternative app stores, and new emoji, along with updates to apps like Music and Podcasts .
Yes that was public beta. Changed to developer beta and your right. (December 12th)Well that’s obviously wrong, lol
And I do believe ChatGPT got that wrong… Again, AI gets these kinds of things wrong all the time.According to ChatGPT

Oh yeah, what I was responding to though was your post original said 17 beta was released in 2024. But you changed it, so nevermind.Yes that was public beta. Changed to developer beta and your right. (December 12th)
This is why we don’t trust ChatGPT

Unfortunately I think iOS 18.3 beta 1 will drop next year. With Apple “drifting” early next week, they don’t want any major issues and leave us hanging over xmas.So assuming it doesn’t drop today, the question is whether they will drop it next week or just wait til January to give them some time to finish up. Not sure who saw the 9to5 Mac article this morning, but apparently iOS 18 development is holding up iOS 19 development.

Not going to put a DP1 on a device before all the developers take two weeks off for the holidays. It can wait.
It's not a DP (developers preview) like what you see with WWDC initial releases of a iOS version. The first beta of 18.1, 18.2 had no hesitation to using it from the get go as I always back up.Not going to put a DP1 on a device before all the developers take two weeks off for the holidays. Looks like @gwhizkids could be right with his 15% Monday guess. let’s all hope so… 😁That’s the key: if you back up and know how to roll back, no issues. Of course, for our Windows friends out there it’s a bit more adventurous!
I’d say 0% tomorrow, 10% Monday and 90% 1st 2 weeks of JanuarySo what are the percentages for getting it tomorrow and if not Monday? Is it completely out for a tomorrow release? I just have a hard time believing Apple leaves a public release without a beta for entire holiday break.
