If Apple really wanted to get the 18.4 beta into people's hands sooner rather than later, couldn't they have done it simultaneously with the 18.3 beta (like they did during the 18.0 and 18.1 betas)?

They’ll get it into people’s hands when their internal schedule says they’ll get into people’s hands. They’re not going to rush 18.3 to do that. They’re going to release everything right on their schedule.

So far. As we’ve seen, releases at 10-15 minutes past 10am PT have not been uncommon.

Yup beta 3 dropped for tvOS, installing it now

I would suspect that we’re still in beta mode until at least next week, but anything’s possible

Probably beta 3 tomorrow, otherwise tvOS would have been RC today.

I still think we could see something today. Apple hasn’t updated its Releases page on its developer site with the new tvOS release yet, which it tends to do pretty quickly once all releases for that day are out.
