Public beta also seems to be out now.HomePodOS 18.3 beta 3 dropped today also.
It has happened before. At this rate we’ll see iOS 18.3 b3 about midnight Eastern time.![]()
Not sure that is necessarily true. The WatchOS beta will require whichever iOS build the developers have programmed into it.There can’t be a watchOS beta without iOS beta. So there’s still hope.
There’s dependencies so iOS will be later than watchOS but not the other way around. Don’t think that has ever happened before until now.Not sure that is necessarily true. The WatchOS beta will require whichever iOS build the developers have programmed into it.
Yep.I don’t see them listed on the public Apple releases site. Are the WatchOS and TVOS builds A?
The existing iOS beta (2) has successfully installed the new watch beta (22S5550a) on my Series 7. So don’t hold your breath waiting on iOS beta 3There’s dependencies so iOS will be later than watchOS but not the other way around. Don’t think that has ever happened before until now.

There have been same/similar instances in the past. For example, watchOS 10.5 RC 2 had no corresponding iOS update. Even with public releases, watchOS 9.5.1 and 9.6.1 had no corresponding iOS update. There’s dependencies so iOS will be later than watchOS but not the other way around. You make it sound like I just stole your willI noticed the 180° switcheroo.
Seems it's back. The developer downloads page is undergoing maintenance.![]()
