At this point in the development cycle it’s quite likely. Not today obviously as I am currently installing Beta 3.

Most likely we won't get anything further this week in the 18.X branch. We are probably RC or maybe even beta 4 next week. Being that the rumor is release before end of July, I would guess RC early next week. Probably public release around the 28th or 29th.
