Not iOS, but the control center on WatchOS now resembles earlier beta builds, with colors again pouring into nearby buttons. Looks nice.

I think they’re prepping for the launch of the actual reworked Siri 2.0 which is coming the first half of next year.

Is iOS 26 currently on RCS 2.0? Or is it supposed to be updated to RCS 3.0?

Not sure if it is 2.0 or 2.x. It's whatever 18.0 launched with. UP 3 was spotted in code awhile ago. But Google hasn't implemented it either yet. So once it's in the beta, you would need two iPhones with RCS on but iMessage off to do any real testing, I gather.
