It's only ~8 GB on the iPhone 12 mini, makes me wonder if the Apple Intelligence models are embedded into the OS now? That'd explain the significant difference in size at least.

Doesn’t seem so. Apple intelligence still needs to be downloaded separately.

My Apple Watch series 10 has been more than 30 minutes and still on apple logo, the iOS watch app shows as installed but when searching updates it shows updating again until I leave the app and go back, it disappears and says it’s up to date and back again.

My recommendation: reset the watch (hold crown & button until apple logo reappears.
If that works, *maybe * consider unpair and re-pair to get solid OS on it.

Installed the beta - bricked device - stuck on low battery screen, battery was at 60% when started the update but had plugged in. Force restart not working - device not being found by computer when plugged in.

has potential, but will def need a lot of tweaks between now and fall. Running laggy and super hot. Hoping it gets better after index. No crashes yet.

Took my iPhone 14 Pro from about 80% battery to 1% on restart after install. Plugged it in and while the battery indicator showed charging, it didn't. Just finished a restore to 18.5. Bummer, have never had this bad of an experience with a first beta before, pucker factor was quite high for a while.

Backed up the iPhone to Mac earlier incase I have to downgrade. Banking apps, ApplePay, music and HomeKit Secure Video all have to work ok then I'm good with most other bugs.

Did the same and installed on my daily driver... all seems good so far..
