Kinda feels like this might be built for light mode lol. Dark mode looks kinda rough but I just switched over and light looks quite a bit nicer.

Yeah light mode looks really good with the glass. I’m sure it’ll get tweaked for dark mode more throughout the beta cycle.

Yeah problem i was thinking about, just love dark mode on OLED can't go back to light. Hope they tune it a bit up.

I just tried updating OTA and my phone (15 pro max) is now stuck on a low battery screen and nothing is working. does anyone have any suggestions to get it to turn on? I never got to the iOS 26 welcome screen

It apparently auto-hides in apps.

does anyone else also has problems with the lock screen? somehow it put my widgets list on the bottom of the page and I can't get it up again. also the changes of the clock color were not saved.

and the screenshot thingy is not working for me yet. I don't have these visual stuff when I do a screenshot

Not sure if this is a mistake, but it looks like windowing and Stage Manager are working on my iPad 10. Seems pretty significant imo.

They said in the keynote that it’ll work with every supported iPad.

Unable to download the IPSW file for iPhone 14 Pro Max, gives an "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." error message. Other IPSW files download fine.

I think the transparency is for overlay items? Play & Shuffle are inline.

It's intentional. Glass UI is for navigational/hovering UI only. All other UI should remain the same. 2 layers of UI, like a magnifying glass floating over a newspaper.

The Settings app lets you swipe gesture in the middle of the screen to go back instead of having to swipe from the corner. Not sure if it's anywhere else.
