iOS 26 Beta 6 ― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

Not for me. Looks fine in light mode.
I noticed the glass effects are gone when switching on/off alarms in Clocks. But now I’m doubting they were ever there in the first place.

When you only tap the switches there is no glass effect. Only when you move the slider there is a glass effect visible.
But who is sliding the switch when you can just tap it?

Maybe your phone auto-updated to the re-released version of beta 6 during the night? Mine did.
all fine on 15PM and revised Beta 6...CarPlay just keeps getting better with each build.
Better from DB 3, and from iOS 18, absolutely. From DB 1&2? I’m not sold. I miss my second widget that they took away and the improved Now Playing on the Split View page.
They were not. I noticed that when they were added. For some reason, they forgot about alarms. And it looks weird and cheap with no animation at all.
You must mean 3rd row of widgets...we have had two rows for awhile now. + they scroll, so you have instant access to a dozen widgets...more than enough. 3 rows was too much and I have an extra large screen. But the last 3 betas have each added very subtle refinements
It depends on what size your CarPlay screen is. My 8” Rogue touchscreen only displays one scrolling block of widgets. It had 2 (and it fit perfectly fine!) on DB 1 and 2.
Same goes for our older Chevy Tahoe. Seems like most of the 4:3 screens have had their widget count reduced from 2 to 1, which makes them pretty useless imho.
But yes, the last few betas have made CarPlay a very pleasant and good looking experience again. Loving the transparent notifications.
In Beta 6, keyboard changes from dark to light, back and forth. Especially in Safari. EXTREAMLY NOT COOL 
Couldn’t agree more. Beta5 was big. One of the very few updates I actually felt and saw noticeable difference in how it performed in terms of smoothness. Also the bug of launching a widget which you swipe over with your finger when going to widgets page and back FINALLY got sorted. 5 was as good as we could have hoped for, let’s see what they did with 6, installing now…
Mine doesn’t work either but I also don’t have the beta on my watch. Just on my phone. I did do the oxy update on the watch though.
Also, passwords icon is stuck in dark mode for me
