I really hope B5 is better on the 16 PM, because B4 is bloody horrible. Stuttering and frame drops on the home screen, opening and closing folders, scrolling in Safari, settings and all non gaming apps, but even Candy Crush has a stuttery frame rate. B4 is the worst iOS version that Apple has ever released, and I've been around since the 3GS days.

While B1, B2 and B3 had a stutter moving between home screens, they all ran extremely well.

Very rarely anymore does a beta drop right at the top of the hour. Once in a while in later stages, but normally it’s about 10 mins past.

Don’t lose hope folks, it may still be coming! I would be surprised if it doesn’t show up this week, unless they’ve ran into a nasty bug (in which case, I’m happy we don’t get it).
