The number of bugs fixed is just enormous according to the release notes. Almost %80 of the Known Issues reported in the beta 3 release notes are fixed. I don't remember such a change from a beta release from previous iOS betas.

I've edited my post. After testing, I can't get the individual toggle to do anything either way.
Maybe a better test where the internet is working but slow, would give different results, but I can only do my simple internet/no-internet test 🙂
Settings doesn't show up at all in Storage. I never even got the prompt to download the update.

In the Books app there is a new (?) lock screen icon, allowing us to lock the screen position for the book, without activating a system-wide screen lock:

I went ahead and went PB to DB4. Wow, keyboard actually feels much better this time. Odd. Placebo.
My update failed so badly that beta updates are no longer available lol. Cannot install from Finder or from Recovery either.

16 pro is running much smoother on this beta. Just hope battery life got a boost. Time will tell.
Severe lag when typing in an old Siri conversation seems to have been fixed as well.

Was out and about just after installing B4... no issues to report... no disconnects or hiccups at all for me... iPhone 15PM and 2025 Ford Bronco Sport (SYNC4) connected wirelessly.

When you pulled notification center on beta 3 you got that wallpaper subject effect. That was a bug?!?!? It was freaking awesome. Removed in beta 4. 🥺

Fixed: Portions of Depth Effect–enabled wallpapers might appear earlier than expected while pulling down Notification Center. (181621150)
Shortcut widget on the when swipe right from Home Screen, is still broken. This comes since beta 1. It only shows the first 2 shortcuts and I have more.
If I remove the shortcut and add it again, it will be ok but just for a while. After a few lock and unlock screens, it comes back wrong again. Annoying.

Finally installed after 4 hours of waiting/failing. Light-mode specular highlights are still completely non-functional.
I wonder why they don’t care about this enough to fix it? Entire interface in light mode like crap.
