Don’t you have to sign up to be a developer? Or is it as easy as that lol

I have signed up for a free developer account ages ago, when we still needed to upload beta profiles to install the betas. Now that these profiles are history, you could try switching without signing up.

Im toying with the idea of switching to DB from PB but you lose the saftey net of not having show stopping bugs as they get found before PB released
Probably unlikely to be much at this stage but it wouldn’t be the first time and that’s exactly what the delay is designed for.

My curiosity about the delay this release was that it’s longer than weeks previous so suggests some big changes or something they’re less confident about?

The release of the Mac Studio and Mac Mini now tells the full story.

Both the Mac Mini and Mac Studio will be available on September 22nd. Sep 22nd is a Tuesday. Since both devices will be delivered with OS 27 on day 1, This means OS 27 will be released prior.

This re-affirms my statement that OS 27/Golden gate will be available on Sept 14th with iPhones delivered on September 18th.

Sept 8 event. Sept 11th pre-order.

I also, fully expect Apple to send invites this week.

I think we may see one more final beta before the RC

I'm really torn on this front. I can't see a world where the RC is next week unless we are scheduled to get multiple RCs. So I land at either a off week or beta 8. Thinking about it, I really think they skipped the original beta 5 so I lean towards it being a off week next week. RC after the iPhone event and then public week of Sept 14.
