Well, I'll probably get boned quite royally by Apple today because I finally received my 3G+WIFI iPad today, actually, a couple of minutes ago. And: I can assure you, mine does NOT have iOS 4, I just connected it to Itunes and it said version 3.2.2. Who knows when it was manufactured, though...

What do you mean, "get boned"? So you have to wait to download iOS4 for free when it gets released, just like everyone else who bought iPads before you. How does that amount to being boned?
Atomic Browser renders the page in a different and smarter way. In relation of how much RAM is free, it renders the relative part of the page that it can sustain.
Try to open 8 tabs in Atomic Browser, and you will see that every webpage is rendered only in the part that you can actually see on the display.
If you scroll it renders immediately the part you're looking at.
Just a smarter way. I hope Apple will optimize Safari in this way.
