Hello everyone! I'm back! If you might have saw I was in time-out. My main concern was that a Beta may come out while I was gone and I couldn't be able to update the main page.

But Im back and no beta was released so thats good! :D

Here it is:

Perhaps iTunes 12?

Dat icon. Me gusta. :D

Previously that was the case, but currently none of the iOS icons match the OS X ones and I doubt that'll change until next year.

Thats not what I meant. The iOS icons have never fully matched OSX. I meant the use of an icon that is not in use anywhere else. For example Apple has always used the current OSX icon for iTunes with the "connect to iTunes" prompt on the iPhone (because its the desktop icon). If they use the new icon it represents nothing the consumer will recognize instantly. Its a huge design fail to do that.

I think I may have mentioned this before.

But the camera app...is one thing from iOS 7 that I dont like.

The iOS 6 camera app is pretty good and I wish they could have kept that same design for the camera app.

Lol, time out eh? That was fast, I'm usually in for a week at a time. What were you in for? I've been in about 5 times or more for various crimes.

Bah just posted an image that had foul language. My fault should I have thought of that through. xD

I doubt we'll see that icon on the desktop until 10.10 (11.0?) comes out with the iOS 7 inspired design. Putting that icon on the current OS X would look entirely out of place.

I think it would go well with OS X right now, especially since iBooks on Mavericks icon looks similar to that.

Something I completely missed and thought was missing from iOS 7 Beta.

I was disappointed originally to discover they removed List View from the Calender app but only to rediscover that it's still there. All you have to do is tap on the Magnifying Glass to search and there it all is!

Maybe it's been discussed but I hadn't seen it discussed anywhere.

Anyone seen this before

I can see some of the OSX icons changing when iOS7 and Mavericks go live. iTunes, iMessages, Safari and the App Store being a few. It's something they could sneak in the final releases, or even a point release in the near future after.

why hasn't iBooks Changed like the other apps. i thought that it would have changed by now no more wood and bookshelves.
What other apps? I don't believe any non-stock Apple apps have really changed their look (yet).

Because it's an App Store app. It'll get updated along with Apple's other downloadable apps day of release.

Anyone think Apple will add other voices to English (UK). We still have the same male as before. Really would prefer a Female voice.

This doesn't really belong in this thread, but...if true, that means we'd be getting a GM within the week. Developers need it to submit their iOS 7 apps in time for the release. Would be awesome, but I'm skeptical.

Yeah but I felt like I needed to inform the people who come here. I already submitted it to MacRumors to see if they put it up.

But yeah it would be great if the GA is on the 10th! I really cant wait for iOS 7

Given what we know so far and the wording of that email I wouldn't surprised if they meant GA as GM, which is more or less what is expected and what aligns with Apple's usual way of going about iOS releases (GM being available on the day of an event and the actual public release itself being some days later).

yes thats what I was thinking...but I think they would know the difference between GM and GA lol

Lets see what happens in the next few weeks

Aside from a possible typo, quite few companies use different definitions for GM, GA, and various other terms, so sometimes what one sees as one thing another company would have a different name for it. Hard to know for sure of course, so I guess we'll see.

Hopefully they are right. I would love to get iOS 7 the sooner the better :)
