iOS 7: All The Little Things! (Featuring iOS 7.1)

Thread Update

On Tuesday I may have to be changing things up on the first post.

Because of rumors suggesting that the iPad iOS 7 will not be hitting GM on Tuesday, and stay in Beta. iOS 7 on the iPhone however will be hitting GM on Tuesday as expected. So I will have to think of a way to change things up so I can provide the new things in the iPad iOS 7 and as well as the iPhone iOS 7.

Again that is IF the iPad doesnt GM on Tuesday and continues as Beta til October
 
Here's something I never noticed...in Reminders, if you pull down to search you also get a little clock. Clicking on it brings up a unique group called "Scheduled" which shows tasks which have due dates.

All are good，Only one is a pity ，NO big screen

i like ios and iphone， i like big screen， Iphone say the 4' is best if a hand to handle， but many time we handle mobile phone by 2 hands， so my advice is IPHOEN should give us a good choice to select 4’ or 5‘ screen， it is very perfectly

I am placing bets that the iOS 7 for iPad will not GM tomorrow. Instead they will get a new Beta. The only reason I think that is because I've heard that the iPad is very unstable with iOS 7 while the iPhone isn't. Since the iPad event will be in October we will see iOS 7 for iPad in Beta til the event
 
In iOS 6, there is no way to disable the Sent Text sound/swoosh. Has this been added in iOS 7? Are there any differences on the "Sounds and Vibration Patterns" setup between the two versions?

Don't really want to do that every time i send a text.

To be honest, this doesn't bother me. I was having a discussion with a co-worker and it really bothers him. So, I'm more asking on his behalf. But I mean, we can disable Send Email sounds, but not Send Text. Doesn't make sense.

Yeah, there are at least a few of these kinds of inconsistencies that have been there for a while and are just odd.

Just keep it on mute in the workplace. :rolleyes:

I know its the same, but GM it's still just for devs isn't?

And i mean really updated for iOS7, with the new design and everything.

T-Minus: 12 hours til the event

The iPhone 5S and 5C will be unveiled

BUT more importantly in this thread

iOS 7 Golden Master will be seeded tomorrow!

I'm ready, and I hope everyone is too!
Expect to get a new list tomorrow with all those GM goodies from iOS 7 GM ;)

I could well be wrong but I believe if iOS 7 for iPad was going to continue in beta for another month that we'd have seen a new beta build by now.

It's been a month since the last full beta (6 was only a hotfix) and Apple don't need to wait on a keynote to announce a new beta build for iPad.

I think Apple has been working away on both iPhone and iPad builds for today.

You can get new tones and stuff for the phone which will work with messages. The old trick for making your own ringtones still works so you could try and find something similar and just add a blank .m4r or whatever they are these days..

My Automatic Updates have been going mental since I joined the part with beta 5. People have also replied to bug reports I've filed stating that they're specifically waiting for the GM before committing to any preliminary fixes they currently have.

As soon as it's in their hands, expect everything to update relatively quickly this time round. No worries about format changes and retina etc etc should help to speed up the bug fixing rather than 'support enhancements'

The moment I hear "Available now for developers" I'm pressing that update button.
