Nested folders still possible..

as could be done on Beta 6, you can still create nested folders (folders within folders)

hold down on a folder you want to put inside another folder until just before it starts to shake
double tap home button until it brings up multitasker
tap on the home screen tab to go to the folder you want to house the above folder (the folder you're moving will be dark grey and it will look like its on a layer above)
tap to go into the folder, then grab the dark grey folder and BAM it will now be inside that folder...

Cool! Bit of a weird thing I noticed though, the wallpaper zooms in a bit when you go into a folder. when you go into the second folder, it zooms in a bit more but then jumps back.

Two questions on GM build.
1. Will my celluar baseband update automatically (verizon customer)
2. How do I make google chrome my default browser when opening links in text messages (and not safari)?

1. Cellular carrier info is bundled with iOS updates.
2. You cannot change the default browser with iOS.

on the 2. Question: instead of hitting open when you hold on text link message or text - Hit Copy then paste into your favorite browser instead of Safari...

How do I get weather to show up on lock screen / notifications? I'm not seeing any weather displayed =(

Thanks.

Make sure Weather is turned on under Location Services, and "Today Summary" is on under Notification Center in Settings.

It will only show text information, IE, it will say that it will be sunny/cloudy/rainy, and say the current and high temperatures. It will not sure any weather images.

I'm liking the new sound my iPhone makes when I plug the charger in. While the old sound wasn't bad, it was getting, well, old.

iOS 7 GM is running much better on my devices than previous betas, but the keyboard is still pretty laggy.

Thanks.

Have to turn on location services on in Privacy section and make sure weather switch is on under the same section..

But with Location services ON, it'll zap your battery like Bluetooth does and app background updates too ...

Edit: just checked Notification center for weather = just have to "activate" weather then turn off location services after "activation" of weather .. the phone needs the gps location of the unit @ the moment..

Siri can learn name pronunciation

Siri has always had a hard time pronouncing my name correctly. When I told it that "my name is pronounced Pedro" Siri asked me to pronounce it again, analysed it and gave me three options to choose from. Cool!

What's the deal with the animated clock app icon? Utterly useless, and causes paint delays on the homescreen - noticeable on slower devices where the FPS dips when you scroll onto the page with the clock app

There's always one person that bitches about something people have moaned about wanting for years......

My dad's iPad 2 has no issues....

One funny thing I just noticed, when you search apps in the appstore keyboard is white, but when it prompts for a password for installation, keyboard is black.
As I recall someone pointed out before (with screenshots) that this kind of lighter and darker keyboard difference is in iOS 6 as well.

My car will give me a notification when I have a text message, and it will read it to me. This never happened with the previous betas. Pretty nice bonus feature!

ios 7 is awesome battery life is amazing. I have no reason to jailbreak anymore thanks to Control Center and siri is fast.
