I guess they "fixed" it to be more consistent with the rest of the icons in the control center that don't change when they are enabled/disabled (beyond their color).

The flashlight icon still changes though.

Just the color of it, which makes it seem like the button moves given the negative colors used for it, but it's just the color of the whole icon that changes, as is the case with the others.

Look more closely, it's definitely not just the color. It's a small dot, that's back when the flashlight is off, and forward when it's on. I can see why you think it's just the color, but look closely and there's most certainly a distinct shape that moves forward when it's on, and back when it's off. It's just just swapping the colors.

Looking at it even closer, there's somewhat more than just the color change that happens--a lot of it is color, but the button shape is redrawn at the top or bottom as well, make it move.

So, yeah, for whatever reason, it does seem like the locking lock for orientation lock was lost/changed.

I enlarged these screenshots so it's easier to see the button moving.

As already mentioned numerous times on this thread if you hold down the "." key then you get all the .com etc endings.

Thanks heaps !! But you were off a bit.

Holding down the "." gices you "..."

Holding down the period with question mark on the same key, gives you all the '.com, .edu. ... endings.

That's one nice looking flashlight you got there.

He was actually right, but you're talking about different things. He's talking about when using the search/address bar in safari.

No. I'm not. Same thing.

In Safari in the search/address bar I hold down the question mark/perod key and it displays the endings.

Might be related to different keyboard language configurations (US vs. UK vs. Australia vs. etc.).

Obviously, the question mark/period key is only available on iPad, but this is about iPhone which has this one period key next to the space bar. On the iPad it is different!

The Safari search bar from the internet page has gone :( Unless I'm missing something here...
And if you are talking about searching for something on the page that you are on, that's also still there--just search using the address/search bar and scroll all the way down in the suggestions that pop up after you enter a search term and you'll see an option to search for it on the page that you are on.

Does this mean fully charged for iOS7? iOS 4, 5 and 6 were never full until it said 100% and the symbol changed to a plug.

Yeah that was modified in iOS 7. When you are at 100% you are good to go.

Don't know if it's been mentioned but something I noticed is that on the lock screen the wallpaper will adjust its lightness slightly to increase the clock's legibility.

I think this is only on your camera roll but if you position the clock over a really light area of the photo a shadow will be added behind the time an then if you reposition the clock over a dark area of the photo you want as a wallpaper the shadow will be removed.

Easter egg?

Weird function I found while playing around in photos. When you're viewing an image start pinching to minimize and the other pictures start to fade in in the background. The pic you still have pinched with two fingers can be twisted and turned.

Thought this was pretty interesting. Apologies if it was mentioned before.

That's awesome! I didn't know you can pinch to minimize the photos when viewed full size. Definitely a easy alternative to pressing back button. Twisty is just fun :D

Troubleshot with finding my CONTACTS

Let me describe it for you ... If I search a few part of my missing contacts (yes, some of them are missing and I know its there some way) on my agenda contacts, I wont find them. But, If I have the number and try the old way to simply dial on the iphone one of those few missing contacts of my agenda... guess wut?? It ********** shows me the name of my missing contact that I could never find on my agenda. The good point is that, the only way I can see those kind of contacts is on the Recent Calls only, but never on my agenda...WTF right?
