iOS 7 Beta 4 Bug Fixes and Changes

I've noticed a few bugs. Most of them having to do with the lock. Overall it's very good though. Hardly anything crashes anymore and I'm pleased that the black wallpaper bug was finally fixed!
i didn't see it in the list yet, but when you get a notification banner, in beta4, you cannot swipe down from the banner to view notification center
Works for me. If I swipe down from the middle of the notification.

It took a while for me to figure it out. However, for some off reason I am not receiving notifications anymore when the phone is unlocked.
anybody seeing issues with missing push notifications from certain apps? i've unbelievably never had push notification isseus since i had the iphone 3g. now since i installed beta 4 on my 4s, whatsapp wont give me any push notifications. no sound. no badge icon.
ive tried reinstalling the app. resetting notifications in the app. tried turning on and off notifications for whatsapp in settings menu notification section. tried network reset. nothing seems to work!!
anybody else experiencing this with whatsapp or another app? my other apps are working fine. its just whatsapp giving me problems!
edit: and if your suggestion is a flat "its a BETA'. please i've already considered that. i'm just discussing a problem i have and seeing if its ios or something localized to my phone.

Maybe Whatsapp need to update their app. There is an issue with notifications not appearing at all when the phone is unlocked and being used. It happens to me al the time, and quite a few others.

Has anyone else experienced a problem with "trust this computer" pop up when plugging an iphone into a new Mac? I just bought myself a fresh new Macbook and can't connect my iPhone 5 to it because the Trust/Don't trust pop just keeps showing up over and over.
It connects to my desktop fine since its been the main library since before ios 7, but my new mac is a no go until I can make my iphone trust it. Running Beta 4 now by the way and the problem persists on my iPad mini as well, also on Beta 4.

I do hope whatsapp updates their all soon. But considering theyve only had like 1 update this year, they might go the skype route and not update until much later.
As for notifications when phone is being used, no mine is no notifications what whatsapp ever. If its on standby, being used, whateber. Ive sent myself messages from another phone to test the scenarios and i jus t dont get notifications!

Thought the same thing as well this morning, but not entirely sure...
I remember seeing a few threads in the past (ios 6) about it not being "properly" centered, some folks will surely be happy if that's the case!!
Yeah, I have some apps that I know are not showing their notifications--at times they'll show up (after a restart or something like that), but most of the time they won't. I don't really use WhatsApp, so can't speak for that one, but there are at least about 5 or so that I do use that I've noticed this issue with since at least beta 2 I believe.
I don't think it's the apps themselves specifically (although at least partially it could be them perhaps), but likely some beta bug/issue (I'm not saying it's expected or something like that, but that it could likely be a bug that hasn't been resolved yet).

Or The Weather Channel since it (along with Weather Underground, which it now owns) provides weather data to Yahoo!
