It lets people know which way to slide. I gave my phone to my buddy to make a call and he swiped up, down, left, then finally right to unlock the phone.

Maybe that's why Mortalias called it the "stupid arrrow" . . . .

When you opened spotlight before, the entire top bar was the search bar. Now you have the search bar and a CANCEL button.

We don't have a general bugs post yet but I have a contact that is showing the Nickname when the message conversation is active despite having Short Names and Prefer Nicknames off.

In the list of all conversations it shows their first and last name. Reboot didn't help.
