Of course you can't. Apple won't offer an option for such an important setting that changes the way the whole OS feels.

I think so -- but I don't have a fully charged screen from Beta 3 to compare to. It's definitely not in iOS 6, of course.

Maps asks if it can gather feedback from your usage!

Mail fixed when you're trying to email whilst navigation in process, you couldn't get the send button due to it being hidden behind the blue bar.

They're beta releases, you tool. They're not going to add any significant features that weren't already revealed.
