For the most part, yes. There's still no swipe up and hold to open the switcher unfortunately. But the dev said he's working on something similar...

But there is swipe up to close and it's exactly like Zephyr?

yea, CC can be moved into the NC's missed tab. but I for one don't do that, instead I have the bottom left edge of the screen set to swipe up and close apps, while the right side opens the CC. whole reason is that I just got too used to the CC being there at the bottom, and the way it is now I feel I get best of both worlds, apple and jailbreak. :)

I want to disable notification center because it is useless and annoying, I always accidentally pull it down.

if you're sure you can do without it, you could set up activator gestures (swipe in from top, top-left and top-right) to 'do nothing' which overrides the default event.

Cool thx. What about the tweak that disabled it in iOS 5/6?

The activator method isn't the best way to go about it. I don't find it very reliable

Currently, no disable NC tweak for iOS 7 afaik

MultitaskingGestures works well for me, however it would be cool if the dev implemented a different method of activating control center.

For example in a lot of Cyanogenmods for Android you can activate the equivalent of Control Center by swiping down from the right hand side of the screen and swipe down on the left for Notifications. Hopefully that explanation makes sense - I'll try and find a vid if possible.

NCObey gives you the option to swipe down from different regions of the top of the screen to open the notification center to different tabs. Since MultitaskingGestures has an option to replace the missed tab of the notification center with the control center, I assume the combination of these tweaks would give you the results you are looking for. I'm not sure though since I don't have MultitaskingGestures. NCObey is free though, so you could give it a shot.

EDIT: I just bought MultitaskingGestures and can verify that this does work. I personally really like the combination of these two tweaks. Thanks for the idea.

Dang! Thats sweet, going to test it out now.

Edit: Yep, works well. Also like the option to force NC to always open CC. Nice combo there!

Is this an explanation to disable notification center?

Is this an explanation to disable notification center?

No, it is an explanation of how to more easily access the control center when you have MultitaskingGestures installed and the option selected to access the control center from the notification center. It will let you directly select the control center tab as opposed to having to swipe over to get to it.

i'm not sure if this is the case (I don't have any activator gestures to invoke control center) but when I choose only right half for recognition area in settings and off for control center to be in notification center, control automatically gets activated if i swipe up on the left half

Does anything happen if you disable CC in ios settings?

In that case, if I disable CC in settings, then CC will not open up at all when in apps/lock screen

What question are you trying to get to with that question?

FYI you can choose where to disable it. Lockscreen, in apps, or both. It's right under the notification center section of the settings app.

But yea, I'm curious too as to what he's trying to accomplish.

Sorry misread your original post. I thought you said that CC was showing up on the left half even with it moved to NC. Somehow missed the word "off" there.
