I have news app and all works fine for me here in Canada, but just realized something. In setting general I have US as region. But my iTunes and App store accounts are Canadian. Maybe that may help those of you not getting News feed?

Just to clarify the two finger text selection for keyboard is not working on iPhone 6. It does work on iPad.

Yep, changing your region in Settings > Language & Region >Region to United States then rebooting shows the News app.

Were passwords and autofill separate in beta 2? They're one category in 8.4.

Settings > Safari > Under General

They split them with beta 1 and also added touchID authentication.

There is. They also added the ability to view the list from safari when auto filling something.
