iOS 9.0 Beta 4 Bug Fixes and Changes

It's been an issue for a while now.
Small bug, but when a conversation is opened on Messages app, the text box borders quickly turns from grey to white. It's fast, but definitely noticeable.
The search bar within the Messages app does not always work.
It looks like it only shows search results if you look for a contact you have recently interacted with... and not if you search for a contact that sent you a message a while ago, perhaps before upgrading to Beta... Does anybody else have this issue?

iCloud backups is not working automatically for 2 weeks now on the iPad Air 2

Has anyone noticed that the process for backing up and restoring your iOS device is much faster and more streamlined?
I just restored my 5s yesterday. Backing up everything took a fraction of the time it normally did, and after restoring, the first thing I noticed is that it will not automatically attempt to reinstall all your apps; you have to manually do that yourself. And after reinstalling each app, I noticed that the settings in each app was preserved. For example, my RSS feeds in Reeder were all there, I was automatically logged into each of my apps etc.
Certainly makes the process of migrating my data over to a new device more seamless and frictionless.

Sounds like iOS 9 is doing it's job!
Haven't been able to test on the iPhone 6 Plus, but running iOS 9 Public Beta 2 on the iPad Air 2.

that has been there since beta 1 and is very annoying
That mobile data limitation still appears to be present there (at least so far).
Why Apple not add so options in iOS settings by iTunes & App Store? E.g so switch No LimitYep, and still no way to change it or turn it off
There must have been something they needed to correct ASAP. Hopefully a PB build to follow in the next day or two.
