Bugs:
  • Settings still opens scrolled down past Airplane Mode
  • Pages in the multitasking view still sometimes snap to the right when closing other pages
  • Whatsapp does not work on iPhone 6plus

I've made the post a WikiPost so feel free to add changes you find above :)

WhatsApp on my 6 plus works just fine, no errors or dialogs. Just received a message as I type this.[/QUOTE]
Seconded, 6+ with no problems using WhatsApp.

Can someone please tell me the expiration date of the new Beta 9.1? Or maybe tell me how to find out?

Seems every third party app I use kills the battery. Facebook, Candy Crush, Downcast. SiriusXM in particular causes a 1% drop every other minute. It's very snappy overall and the battery is fine with those apps force quit.

Go try scrolling through photos in your camera roll. There seems to be new animation. Like a kind of Ken burns effect when it's transiting from one photo to another. Not sure if this existed since early betas or it's a GM thingy.

Thats in the iOS 9 GM. I like it ver much. The photos app in general seems much more fluid.

Can we scroll through photos (when viewing them) on the iCloud Drive app? Currently we can't and it's stupid.

has anyone been able to compare performance between iOS 9 GM vs 9.1 beta?

I'm curious if it's worth updating to the beta.

The only issue with whatsapp is when sending a pic | vid the volume always seems to turn down with this beta.

have you had the chance to compare performance to ios 9 GM?

Went straight from the beta to 9.1. I'll test the GM on my iPad Air. 9.1 seems pretty polished for a new beta but then again it's basically the GM with a few extras. I'll keep checking for other bugs. In the beginning my phone was running a bit warm but cooled down today.

Trying to determine if 6 Plus is better on GM or 9.1

Trying to determine if 6 Plus is better on GM or 9.1

I installed the iOS 9 GM yesterday on my iPhone 6 and wasn't' really that impressed, performance seemed the same as beta 5. I'm installing 9.1 beta right now as I type this. I read on reddit that it's apparently faster than the GM like they reduced the animation times. I'll report back once it's finished installing.

I doubt it will expire anytime soon seeing that this will now be an on going beta until it's Novemeber release alongside the iPad Pro.

Also think so. Somewhere hidden in the betas there's the possibility to find out the date. But don't know where...
I really like to try out 9.1 but in the next few weeks I will not be @home and don't know yet if there will be wifi.
Not in the mood to have a "not working" iphone.

Awesome, gonna try a little later. Hoping the same goes for the 6 Plus
I installed the GM last night on my 6+. Found the UI quite sluggish so I installed 9.1. There is minor lag (swiping down for spotlight and the odd time when opening an app). Battery life is excellent for me. 9.1 > 9 GM....
