iOS 9.1 Beta Changes + Bugs

Anyone having issues update or restoring to 9.1 from 9.0GM on iPhone 6+ ?
I've restarted my computer, restarted the phone. The software extracts, starts the process of updating or restoring depending on the option I choose the phone goes black then to white, the loading bar starts and gets maybe only an 8th of the way complete and throws an error 14 every single time.( iPhone can not be restored )
Downloaded the ipsw twice, this only happens with 9.1, I can immediately use the 9.0GM release and it will restore or update the phone fine without changing ports, cables, etc.
I've done my fair share of betas/jailbreaking, etc since the 3G and every model in between but this one is throwing me for a loop.

I simply moved the phone to my Mac Mini and it restored the 1st try.

Animations seem to be a wee faster and the stutter is gone in some places, e.g. when swiping between menus in Settings. However, Spotlight and Music are still stuttery. I also can’t put my finger on it, but there is something about the screen that is freaking me out. Have they changed the colour profile or (auto) brightness? The whole screen has such an unpleasant appearance all of a sudden that makes my wallpaper look washed out.

interesting, I have not noticed that. have you googled it? or searched on Twitter for that same issue?
It happens when you exit from a certain app or eg Video. Similar to OSX, it applies a color profile to make the image more natural. When it fades back to normal, the effect may look like an over-exposed scene for 1~2 secs.
Performance isn't really much different for me, and I have the iPad Air 2. But there is some improvement on my old 4s. I don't even use the 4s, lol, I just update it for comparison sake.
Camera Roll pics now shows up under wallpaper settings - previous iOS versions did not although you could set it as wallpaper but this never showed in wallpaper in settings
Something I just thought of, if you upgrade to 9.1 now, will you be able to restore the iP6S+ in 2 weeks, or will it already come with 9.1?
9.1 will probably come with iPad Pro in December.
Rest assured you can install the profile on 6s and start from there.
keeps saying i moved my finger when i did not and then it keeps getting stuck on the last scan its driving me insane.
edit: now it just buzzed like it was failing without indicating that it successfully scanned and all of the sudden scann complete. WEIRD
edit 2: reboot seems to have fixed it so FALSE ALARM! and yes 9.1 is A LOT faster. they seem to have sped up the animations. its like "noslowanimation" from cydia almost
